This site opens the delicious world of Southern and Country cooking . Though most of my recipes have been handed down from generation to generation, I have always had an interest in all foods. I believe if you like the concept of a recipe, but not all the ingredients - change it.
Would you like to prepare an old-fashioned Thanksgiving dinner Southern style with turkey and dressing and all the trimmings? How about an English Christmas dinner with a Southern flair. Any holiday dinner? Afternoon tea anyone? Down home barbecues or boiled corn suppers?
Do you have a memory of a special recipe and would like to prepare it? Ask me (even if it is not of Southern origin). Chances are I have it. How about recipes for a crowd you know, for potluck dinners, family reunions or church suppers? I could go on and on but I think you get the idea-just ask me! just click
